Bremen – headquarters for emergency sea rescue

The German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS) is responsible for sea rescue in our regions of the North and the Baltic Sea. The headquarters of the rescue service is in Bremen (near the centre), where tours are possible from mo. - fr. by prior arrangement (0421 / 53 707-665/ -534). The entire work of the sea rescue service is solely financed by voluntary membership fees and donations. We therefore ask that you, too, support DGzRS.
